Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Gmine Technologies' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services

Gmine Technologies provides IT consulting, software development, mobile application development, web development, AI/ML solutions, and related technology services. Our services are provided on a project basis as agreed upon in writing.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not to interfere with or disrupt our services
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Gmine Technologies and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Project Deliverables

Ownership

Upon full payment of project fees, you will receive ownership of the deliverables as specified in your project agreement. Source code and intellectual property rights will be transferred according to the terms of your contract.

Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards. We provide a [X] day warranty period for bugs and issues discovered in delivered work.

Payment Terms

Fees and Payment

Project fees are agreed upon in writing before work begins. Payment terms are specified in your project proposal and contract. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Refunds

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not provided for work already completed or for change-of-mind cancellations after work has begun.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, trade secrets, and sensitive data shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of our agreement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Gmine Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. Outstanding deliverables will be provided based on work completed.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Coimbatore.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
